Saranda Backpackers Hostel - Sarande

The location of the hostel is fantastic, right in the centre of everything. It is close to the beach, just a short walk away. it is near the bus station, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms have balconies with nice views overlooking the water, providing a pleasant atmosphere. the owner, Tomi, is very welcoming and ensures that all guests have what they need.

The showers were a bit problematic, with only one bathroom and a curtain that doesn't fully close, resulting in a wet floor outside.

The location of the hostel was excellent, just a short walk from the ferry port and close to the beach. We were greeted by the owner, Tomi, were really nice to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hostel was clean and had a cozy balcony where we could relax. The breakfast provided was delicious and filled us up for the day. We also appreciated the good WiFi connection. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hostel.

I had an amazing stay at Saranda Backpackers. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and city center. The owner, Tomi, was helpful and provided everything I needed. The dorm room I stayed in was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast in the morning filled me up, even though there weren't many options. I would definitely recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Saranda.

We had an amazing stay at a very social hostel in Saranda. the owner, Tomi, was incredibly helpful and always available for anything we needed. He even went out of his way to assist us with car rental and even cycled to the bus stop to deliver some clothes we had left behind. the location of the hostel is superb, with beautiful views of the beach and sea from the balcony. Everything we needed was within close proximity to the hostel. Tomi's commitment to serving his guests is unmatched, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Superstar Tommi runs this fantastic hostel near the ferry. He goes above and beyond, even cycling to the bus stop to deliver forgotten clothes. Testimonials on the walls speak highly of him. Friendly and hospitable, he genuinely enjoys his work and makes guests feel special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! Tomi and Rino are amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome. They were always there to help us and provide recommendations. the location is excellent, right in the center and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. the beach BBQ they hosted was delicious and a lot of fun. the staff was friendly and always up for a chat. the room was comfortable and the AC made sleeping in the summer much more pleasant. the breakfast was nice, with fresh watermelon, bread, and eggs. a great place to stay and socialize. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.

The location of the hostel is absolutely amazing. It is right by the sea, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the port and close to the bus stop, making transportation very convenient.

Despite the positive aspects of the hostel, some reviews mentioned that the bathroom could be cleaner and that the shower tends to wet the whole bathroom floor. This can be an inconvenience for guests, especially when using the toilet or sharing the bathroom with other rooms.

Confusion at the entrance.

The value for money at the hostel was excellent, and the dorm room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The location of Saranda Backpackers was amazing, just a minute's walk from the beach and city center.

We had a short stay, but the main staff member, Tomi, was amazing. He was experienced, proactive, and always available to answer our questions. Despite it being off-season, the beds were clean and the facilities, including wifi and a kitchen, were well-maintained.

While there was a power blackout , affecting the whole building, it was resolved within an hour. the breakfast was slightly disappointing compared to other hostels in the same price range, but it was still decent.
